Settler's Cottage is the latest addition to our wide range of
accommodation.

Be captivated with the beautiful location of this valley retreat,
with the charm of yester-year. This self contained 3 bedroom
cottage is located on its own 6 acres, bound on two sides by
the Balingup and Westlington Brooks and situated opposite
Westlington Brook Winery.

The ultimate in peace & seclusion, (disturbed only by the
sheep & chickens) this property provides the ideal short or
long stay accommodation. Elevated decks overlooking the
property, cosy wood fires, the heritage style (foot & claw) bath
room and traditional wood flooring throughout, all add to the
experience.

Prepared to the same standards as the award winning
cottages 'on the hill', included is freshly laundered linen and
guest towels, complimentary teas, coffee, local produce when
in season and the opportunity to collect your own free range
eggs and fresh fruit from the orchards. Electric blankets,
TV/video/DVD, CD player, microwave, fridge and a quaint
wood fired stove add to the experience that is Settler's.

Settler's can sleep up to 9 people in the following
configuration:

- 1 x Queen Size Bedroom, plus single bed
- 1 x single bedroom
- 1 x fold out sofa bed
