Cancellation Policy

Please note our cancellation policy.

We require a single night’s deposit to secure your booking. This is not refundable. We understand that you may have reason to cancel your booking. In the unfortunate event of an early cancellation, we wish to do everything possible to assist you. As such, we would be pleased to transfer your deposit to a future booking subject to availability.

Cancellations made within seven days of the booking will result in the total deposit being forfeited, unless we can secure another booking. Unfortunately if you cancel within 24 hours of the booking, the total tariff is payable unless we can secure another booking. Failure to arrive at Balingup Heights will be treated as a no-show and the full tariff will be forfeited.

COVID-19 amendment

This policy amendment deals specifically with COVID-19 for the following events outside your control and if you are unable to reschedule your stay:

We will offer a full refund of your deposit if you are unable to travel due to;
• A government travel ban or government directed border closure related to cross area, border, region or state travel.
• Mandatory quarantine or self-isolation requirements related to cross area, border, region or state travel imposed on you.
• You or your travelling companion/s are diagnosed with coronavirus and you have to cancel your trip.
• You or your travelling companion/s are permanently employed as a healthcare worker, residential care worker or law enforcement officer and any pre-approved leave is cancelled due to coronavirus.
